This document is a public offer within the meaning of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By submitting a request and starting lessons you accept these terms in full.
1. Parties and definitions
The Provider is Ozodjon Erkinovich Yuldashev, individual entrepreneur, address: Sat-Tepo street, Samarkand, Samarkand region, Republic of Uzbekistan, trading as “the.cooperate”.
The Client is the individual who accepts this offer. If the student is under 18, the Client is their legal guardian.
The Student is the person who actually receives the tuition.
The Services are lessons in the directions listed at thecooperate.uz, one-to-one or in a mini-group of no more than three students.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider delivers tutoring services (OKED 85.59.0) to the Student as lessons in the chosen direction, one-to-one or in a mini-group of no more than three students; the Client accepts and pays for it.
The syllabus, its length and the timetable are agreed individually, taking the Student's starting level into account. The directions and durations shown on the site are indicative and are not a binding commitment as to duration.
The Services are not formal education, do not come with a state-recognised diploma, and do not confer a qualification.
3. When the agreement is concluded
The agreement is concluded when the Client does either of the following (acceptance of the offer):
- pays for the Services in full or in part;
- starts attending lessons.
Submitting the form on the site is not in itself an agreement — it is an enquiry, after which we get in touch and agree the terms.
4. Price and payment
The fee depends on the direction, the volume and the intensity of the lessons, and is communicated to the Client before tuition begins.
Payment is made in advance for the agreed period. Payment methods and details are given when the agreement is concluded.

A lesson missed by the Student without at least 24 hours' notice counts as delivered and is not rescheduled. A lesson cancelled by the Provider is rescheduled to a mutually agreed time.
5. Obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes to:
- deliver the Services competently and at the agreed times;
- give advance notice of any rescheduling;
- keep information about the Student confidential in line with the Privacy Policy.
The Client and the Student undertake to:
- pay for the Services on time;
- give at least 24 hours' notice if unable to attend;
- treat the centre's equipment with care;
- not pass the Provider's teaching materials to third parties.
6. Certificate
On completion the Student may be issued the centre's digital certificate. The Provider decides on the basis of what the Student has actually mastered; payment alone does not entitle anyone to a certificate.
The certificate carries a unique number, a QR code and a digital signature. Anyone can verify it on the site's verification page, which publicly displays the Student's full name, the course title, the dates and the status — the Client consents to this by accepting this offer.
The Provider may revoke a certificate issued in error, and will revoke one at the Student's request. After revocation the verification page reports the document as invalid.
The certificate is not a state-recognised educational document.
7. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee employment, any particular income, or any other outcome that depends on the Student's own effort.
The Provider's liability is limited to the value of Services paid for but not delivered.
The Provider is not liable for failure to deliver for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
8. Personal data
By accepting this offer the Client consents to the processing of personal data on the terms of the Privacy Policy published on the site.
Consent may be withdrawn in writing; withdrawal ends the Services and revokes any certificate already issued.
9. Term, changes and termination
The offer is effective from the date of publication until withdrawn by the Provider.
The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new edition on the site. A period of tuition already started and paid for remains governed by the edition in force on the date of payment.
The Client may stop using the Services at any time. Amounts paid for Services not yet delivered are refunded pro rata, less costs actually incurred by the Provider.
The Provider may stop delivering the Services if the Client breaches section 5, having given notice.
10. Disputes
The parties will try to settle disputes by negotiation. Failing that, the dispute is heard by the court at the Provider's location under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
